A recent study* measuring coaching effectiveness suggested that the return on investment from coaching may be measured at 5.7x the initial investment. The two charts to the left demonstrate quantifiable increases in the executives’ performance, as well as several additional benefits gained through their coaching relationship.

*Study conducted by McGovern, Lindemann, Vergara, Murphy, Barker and Warrenfeltz with Manchester, Inc. Participants included 100 U.S. executives (66 males and 34 females) with senior positions of vice president or above, who had engaged in coaching for 6-12 months.
